Selection Procedure :

The Pakistan Rangers are a paramilitary law enforcement organization that recruits personnel through an open merit-based selection process.

Preliminary Examination:

The first stage of the selection process is a written exam. The exam tests the applicant's knowledge of the Pakistan Rangers, their general knowledge, and their ability to solve problems.

Physical Fitness Test:

The second stage of the selection process is a physical fitness test. The test is designed to test the applicant's strength, endurance, and agility.

Medical Examination:

The third stage of the selection process is a medical examination. The medical exam tests the applicant's overall health and fitness.

Interview: The fourth stage of the selection process is an interview. During the interview, the applicant is asked questions about their background, their experience, and their motivations for wanting to join the Rangers.
