The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Bureau, including the budget, personnel, and program management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing innovative and efficient methods of delivering the Bureau’s services. The Senior Manager will be required to lead a team of professionals and work collaboratively with stakeholders in the public and private sectors to ensure the successful delivery of the Bureau’s services. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in the public sector and a degree in public administration, public policy, or a related field. In addition, the successful candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills and a working knowledge of the laws, regulations, and policies related to the public sector. - Monitor and implement policies, procedures, and regulations related to the BPSC.
- Advise on personnel issues, such as recruitment, selection, training, discipline, and compensation.
- Assess the performance of staff and provide feedback to management.
- Develop and implement strategies for addressing staffing needs.
- Lead and participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze current trends and best practices in personnel management.
