The successful candidate should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, and an ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and interpret constitutional law, regulations, and policies
• Advise and assist organization leaders on constitutional matters
• Draft legal briefs, memoranda, and other documents related to constitutional issues
• Represent the organization in court proceedings, as needed
• Monitor constitutional developments and advise the organization on changes and implications
• Support the organization’s constitutional compliance efforts
• Maintain and update records related to constitutional issues
• Develop and implement constitutional training programs
